What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with neurological conditions, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to their unique needs.
- Implement effective therapy interventions aimed at helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, including doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about managing their conditions and promote involvement in their recovery process.
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience in stroke or neuro settings is highly desirable.
- UK-based Occupational Therapy experience is a must.
- Current HCPC registration is required.
