Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Acute Mental Health Occupational Therapist to work based in Ilford.
The pay rate for this locum Acute Mental Health Occupational Therapist job is £26-£27 per hour (assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Working Hours:
- 22.5 hours over three days per week.
Main Duties:
- Provide 1:1 and Group OT Assessments and Interventions to patients on Acute Mental Health Ward.
Requirements of the Acute Mental Health Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum two years post-qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Significant experience in an acute mental health setting working with patients with severe and enduring mental illness who present with challenging behaviour.
