Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Intermediate Care Occupational Therapist to work ideally full-time based in Malton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25.23 - £25.78 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Main Duties:
- As post holder of this role you will be expected to assist with patient flow.
- Promote active rehab.
- Discharge planning with home first approach.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Must be a car driver
