Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Intermediate Care Occupational Therapist to work in Sefton on a full-time basis in a Home First Therapy Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25.23 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
You will be working Remotely/ Some telephone.
Duties of the Occupational Therapist:
- Community-based Intermediate care units - step down beds
- Home visits to prevent hospital re-admission
- Assessing to discharge patients.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Post qualifying experience within a similar role as an Occupational Therapist
