Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award winning recruitment agency is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 6 Inpatient Occupational Therapists to work in Bathon a part time basis.  

The pay rates for these locum Inpatient Occupational Therapist jobs are £27 per hour (Assignment rate) and are initial 3-month contracts.

Duties:

  • Undertake assessments, clinical diagnosis, and treatment of patients within an in-patient rehabilitation setting, including stroke rehabilitation
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner to undertake a significant specialist clinical caseload, as a member of the MDT
  • Facilitate the safe and timely discharge of patients, working closely with Community-based colleagues from health and social care
  • Take a role in supervision and teaching of Occupational therapists, assistants, and students on placement within a clinical specialty

Requirements of the Inpatient Occupational Therapists:

  • Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
  • Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and contribute to service development and monitoring of standards of practice
