Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to work in Hounslow on a full-time basis, within the Housing Adaption Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The salary for this Occupational Therapist job is £32,430 - £39,774 per annum and is on a permanent basis.
Duties:
- Undertake holistic assessments for eligible residents of all ages
- Recommend home adaptions
- Complete re-housing assessments and reports
- Work closely with the lettings team to match people to properties
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
