What you will do:
- Be a key member of a team delivering a Housing Occupational Therapy service.
- Maximise the availability of accessible housing in the Royal Borough, improving supply and quality for people with disabilities.
- Identify households most in need of accessible housing and match applicants to suitable properties as they become available.
- Provide professional OT support within the Disability and Home Improvement Service, and assist other services as necessary.
- Offer a practical, professional, and customer-centred approach to housing matters referred for action.
Requirements:
- Registered with HCPC.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy.
- Car driver preferred for easy travel between sites.
