Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Service Occupational Therapist to work in Tamside in a Home First/Discharge to Assess Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25 - £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and an initial 4-month contract.
Duties:
- Home First/Discharge to Assess team visits
- Moving and handling
- Assessments for aids and adaptations in the home where needed
Requirements of the Occupational Therapists:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- 2 years expereince
- Must be a car driver
