Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for an Occupational Therapist to work within a Family Therapist Team based in Lewisham.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist role is £35 per hour (assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Working within the First Response Team and Safe Space Service
- Support in developing this new specialist team which aims to improve longer term outcomes for children and families and reduce the need for longer term statutory interventions
- Work with children and families to prevent children coming into care by providing solution-focused intervention for families on the edge of care
- Support the reunification of children in care within their family networks (where this is possible)
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
