Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Community Occupational Therapist to work in Dudley on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £24 - £28 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
About the role:
- We are a developing an Own Bed Instead service within Social Services Social care in conjunction with Health to support the hospital discharge policy.
- The worker will be required to work 5 days over 7 with Saturday and Sunday as part of the normal working week. The service will operate between the hours of 8am - 8pm, with service cover 8-6pm. This means a late visit at 6pm may take worker until 8pm. The rota to cover this demand is an a.m. and a p.m. with 2 rest days out of 7.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- 2 years experience
- Must be a car driver
