Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Band 7 Paediatric Community Occupational Therapist to work full-time based in Barking and Dagenham.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist role is £30.96 per hour (assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Main duties:
- Assess and treat children with physical disability and developmental conditions in the community
- Appointments are virtual, in clinics, homes and schools
- Treatment involves programmes, group work (currently virtual) advice to schools and parents/carers
- Some equipment assessment may be required
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
