Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Occupational Therapist to work in Redbridge on a full-time basis, within the Hospital Discharge Service Hub and Intensive Rehab Service.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £34 - £36 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
- Excellent clinical reasoning skills
- Good understanding of patient flow, acute pressures, community rehab and related pathways
- Community and or acute working experience
- Knowledge of equipment and risk assessment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to carry out community home visits and escalate any issues surrounding the discharge
