The pay rate for this locum Discharge Occupational Therapist job is £24.71 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial3-month contract.
Duties:
- Assist with our D2A/Home first provision
- Facilitating hospital discharges, admission prevention and provide rehabilitation for patients in their own home
- Work closely with the wider Multi-disciplinary team to improve function and independence
Requirements of the Discharge Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
