We are seeking an Occupational Therapist in Manchester for a thrilling three-month locum position. Earn a competitive £26.00 per hour on an hourly basis in this vibrant city and enjoy the flexibility of full-time hours. What you will do:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload, effectively supporting discharge plans
- Conduct specialist assessments and develop treatment plans to ensure patient-centred outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate seamless patient discharges
- Provide expert advice and recommendations regarding patient needs and support systems
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records for efficient coordination
- Engage with patients and their families to ensure a smooth transition post-discharge
