Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment agency has a job based in Weston-super-Mare for committed and dedicated Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to work in the D2A/Home First Provision Team. The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24.71 per hour(Assignment rate) and it is ongoing contract.
You will be working on facilitating hospital discharges from the acutes and provide rehabilitation in their own home. Working closely with OTs, RSWs to improve function and independence.

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:

Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy

HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist

Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
