What you will do:
- Work closely with patients who have neuro and brain injury conditions providing exceptional therapeutic care in a supportive care home setting.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to aid patients in their rehabilitation journey.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team ensuring a holistic approach to each patient’s care.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximise patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation adhering to professional standards.
Do you have what it takes?:
- You must have proven experience in neuro rehabilitation.
- HCPC registration is a must to ensure top-notch professional standards.
- Car driving is not essential for this role allowing those without vehicles to easily apply.
