Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work full time within the Home First Team based in Bristol. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £24.71 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
We would like a full-time locum but happy for the hours to be 8-6 over 4 days.
Duties:
- Assisting discharges from acute trusts back into their own homes or residential homes
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- At least 2 years post qualifying experience within a similar role
- Home first ( D2A ) or community experience
- Car driver
