Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to work in Nottingham on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 4-month contract.
The occupational therapy service delivers individual assessments, formulation, specific interventions and evaluations, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Duties:
To provide a specialist occupational therapy service for older adults with mental health needs and adults of any age living with dementia.
To demonstrate active clinical and managerial leadership skills within the team, providing education and supervision to none-registered staff including students and band 5 occupational therapists.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
