Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work remotely and occasionally in Aylesbury, within the Adult Mental Health Team.
The pay rate for this locum AMHT Occupational Therapist job is £25-£28 per hour (assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Main Duties:
- Triage and book assessment slots for routine referrals sent to the team.
- Assess patient, then signpost or provide short term follow up for patient.
- Recommend ongoing care coordination under CPA.
Requirements of the AMHT Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Full driving licence and access to personal vehicle for occasional trips to Aylesbury.
