Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Adults Occupational Therapist/Team Manager to work full-time based in Solihull.
The pay rate for this locum Adults Occupational Therapist job is £28-£30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Main Duties:
- Work closely with the Clinical Lead OT and supporting her at times of annual leave or capacity pressure in operational management.
- Take projects forward with guidance and support.
- Developing the training offer for OT.
- Continue to develop an approach to Single Handed Care in social care.
- Work with partners in Solihull Community Housing around adaptations policy implementation.
- Review of the directorate’s Supervision Policy.
- Co-developing a Staff Development Conference for 2022.
- Update Practice Guidance as/when the national or local practice picture changes.
- Progress an action plan for Equality and Diversity with colleagues and partners.
Requirements of the Adults Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of two years of post-qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
