This ongoing locum position offers a competitive hourly salary of £32 – £33, with potential flexibility for part-time work. What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their rehabilitation potential
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to enhance patient recovery
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy and rehabilitation techniques
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with HCPC standards
You must be HCPC registered with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Acute care experience is a must, while being a car driver is preferable to support travel throughout the healthcare network.
