What you will do:
- Assess and treat patients with complex acute medical, cardiological, respiratory, and surgical conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide advice for continued care.
Requirements:
- UK OT experience is essential.
- NHS experience is required.
- Candidates must have acute experience.
- HCPC registration is necessary.
