Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to work full-time within a 40-mile radius in Thurrock, Basildon and Brentwood. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £26 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Activities of daily task intervention, functional cognitive skills training, visual assessment, upper limb rehab, equipment and adaptation assessment and provision.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Knowledge and experience around stroke intervention skills and had the experience of using outcome measures
- Must be a car driver
- 2 years exp
