Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work based in Mansfield.
The salary for this permanent Occupational Therapist role is £33,000 per annum.
Main Duties:
- Manage a complex caseload, providing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes of occupational treatments and programmes for people with severe and enduring mental health conditions.
- Create individual rapports to design and deliver facilitated evidence-based group and individual programmes based on their needs and interest.
- Work with the wider multidisciplinary team, contributing to the development of the occupational therapy service, carrying out service development projects as directed by the Head Occupational Therapist.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy.
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist.
- Recent post-qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist, including experience working with people with mental health needs.
- Experience, knowledge, and skill in supervising OT staff and students.
