Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Nurse Practitioner (RGN) to work full-time in Kensington and Chelsea.
The Salary for this Nurse Practitioner job is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (Assignment rate).
Duties of the Nurse Practitioner:
- Provide an excellent standard of patient care
- Support the clinic management team with clinic maintenance
- Assist the Medical Director with administration and other day-to-day duties
- Adherence to health and safety protocols
- Perform procedures/ treatments such as sample/ blood taking for laboratory testing, IPL treatments, Cryotherapy treatments, and potentially move on to other advanced device-led treatments
- Provide these treatments in our clinic in Notting Hill or at our patients' homes
- Act as a specialist in your treatment area
- Act as an advisor to patients, providing accurate and appropriate information on treatments and procedures
- Take the lead on infection control
- Assist the medical director with CQC regulation
Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner:
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable
- A degree or equivalent within Nursing (RGN trained)
- Must speak and write fluently in English
- Must be an RGN with an NMC Pin
- Band 5 with 1 year NHS experience preferred
- Covid-19 testing skills an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Driving license and own means of transport (car/motorcycle)
- Willingness to train and attend courses in areas covered by clinic treatments
- Recent mandatory training updates
- Recent phlebotomy training preferred
- Up-to-date basic life support training
- Some experience in device-led skin treatments could be advantageous
