Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Nurse Associate to work full-time based in Maidenhead in our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The salary for this Nurse Associate role is £27,067.95 - £28,378.35 per annum.
The hospital is a 60 bed Tier 4 CAMHS hospital for young people aged 12 -18 years with a range of mental health disorders and includes the following units:
Adolescent Care
Acute Psychiatric
Eating Disorders
Requirements of the Nurse Associate:
Valid NMC registration
Degree or equivalent in Nursing
UK Experience as a Registered Nurse
An in-date DBS is required
Understanding and assessing clinical risk
Ability to utilise care plans to effectively deliver care pathways to patients
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work cohesively with clinical teams under the guidance of ward management team
Ability to develop professional working relationships with challenging patient groups
Experienced in working within multi disciplinary teams
Compassionate approach in working with service users, friends, families/carers and professional approach in working with outside agencies
