What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments to individuals within the community.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health services.
- Offer support and intervention strategies to improve patient outcomes and promote recovery.
- Ensure all nursing practices are compliant with NMC standards.
- Engage with patients and their families to offer education and assistance throughout the care process.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
- Previous experience working as a Mental Health Nurse is essential.
- Active NMC registration is required.
