Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has locum vacancies for Band 6 Neuro Rehab Speech and Language Therapists to work based in Lambeth & Southwark, within the Neuro Rehab Service.
The pay rates for these locum Neuro Rehab Speech and Language Therapist jobs are £25.10 per hour (Assignment rate) and are initial 12-month contracts.
Shift Pattern:
- 08:30 am – 16:30 pm
Duties:
- Provide a specialist Speech and Language Therapy service to clients in the communities of Lambeth and Southwark
- Work closely alongside other members of the MDT to provide intervention that is person cantered, goal-orientated and utilise a self-management approach enabling patients to participate actively in their rehab
- Achieve individual activity target of at least three visits (face-to-face or via telehealth) per day
- Participate in monthly supervision and annual appraisal by a Senior Speech and Language Therapist
- Provide supervision of SLT students on placement
- Provide a specialist Speech and Language Therapy service to clients in the communities of Lambeth and Southwark
Requirements of the Neuro Rehab Speech and Language Therapists:
- Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapist
- HCPC registered as a Therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
