Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist to work full-time based in Belfast.
The pay rate for this locum MSK Physiotherapist job is £21.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Carry a clinical caseload providing advice and guidance to other physiotherapy staff on complex cases
- Act as an Advanced Practitioner demonstrating advanced Physiotherapy knowledge/skills and clinical reasoning to deal with complex cases within the field of musculoskeletal out-patients
- Be recognised as an expert clinician within the area of speciality using a wide range of highly specialised and effective treatment techniques and modalities
- Provide advice/support to physiotherapy colleagues on clinical practice issues
- Provide a high standard of specialist care, using safe, effective and appropriate interventions in accordance with current research and professional guidelines
- Provide as required a screening service to referred Clients making referrals to other disciplines as appropriate
- Undertake appropriate specialised physiotherapy intervention for clients making relevant referrals to other members of the multidisciplinary team where appropriate
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary working by effective integrated clinical practice
Requirements of the MKS Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
