Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to work full or part time based in Rotherham.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is 24.41-£25 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- The post holder(s) will work independently assessing musculoskeletal patients within the Rotherham First Contact Physiotherapy service.
- Assess/triage patients within 20-minute appointments following appropriate care navigation by the GP Practice teams.
- Operate at an advanced level of clinical practice with skills to assess, diagnose, treat and manage musculoskeletal (MSK) problems and undifferentiated conditions.
- Triaging patients, without prior referral from their GP, to establish a rapid and accurate diagnosis and management plan thus streamlining pathways of care.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Displays energy and passion in the pursuit of service excellence and delivery of a positive patient experience
- Can evidence advanced MSK/Orthopaedic clinical experience and skills
