Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Mental Health Staff Nurse (RMN) to fill a full-time role based in Havant on Inpatient Wards. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £21.49 to £33.49 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3 month contract.
Duties:
- Working with people with a functional mental illness - such as depression, a personality disorder or schizophrenia
- Provides care and treatment to people who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis and require a short period of hospital care to support their recovery
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team made up of nursing staff, doctors, psychologists, health care support workers, occupational therapists and a chaplain
Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
