Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role based in Wellingborough. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Mental Health Practitioner job is £24.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
Duties:
- Provide Clinical Leadership and will act as Care Programme Coordinator (CPA) in the community
- Assess needs, plan, implement and evaluate treatment packages
Requirements of the Mental Health Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
