Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Mental Health Occupational Therapist to work in Oxford on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25 - £28 per hour, up to £40 per hour on weekends (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
The service runs from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday. The role is telephone only, providing support, advice, and triage to callers and flexible working available including remote working.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- The experience would be of care coordination in a mental health community mental health team
- Experience in children's mental health and a clinical background- including in risk assessment
