Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to work based in Aylesbury, within the Early Intervention Team.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 2-month contract.
Shift Pattern:
- 9am-5pm, 2 days a week on site otherwise working from home but to provide additional onsite cover as needed.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Occasional days of duty work, supporting the rest of the duty/assessment team.
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
- Previous experience working as a CPN, including previous care coordination/community working.
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained).
- Experience of Care Coordination and managing own caseload.
- Must be familiar with current legislation, guidelines, and processes that affect the way in which mental health care is delivered, as well as an understanding of mental illness and its impact on service users.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
- Full driving licence and access to personal vehicle.
