Sanctuary Mental Health are looking for a Mental Health Assessment Clinician (RMN) to work at the Older Adults Community Mental Health Team based in Abingdon for a contract of at least 3 months, likely to be extended.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9-5 paying £30ph
Typical duties would include;
- Mental health assessment of community patients over the age of 65 with functional and organic mental illness and patients of any age with dementia.
- Completion of assessment and risk documentation with formulation of an initial plan of care
- Completion of other required documentation including care cluster
Car driver essential with access to own vehicle. Community experience needed. Experience in Older adult mental health is preferred but clinicians with an interest in older adults will be considered.
