Sanctuary Personnel is looking to recruit apprentices within our candidate marketing team.
Running for almost 15 years, Sanctuary's apprenticeship academy has launched the careers of some of our highest-performing employees, so of whom have worked their way up through the company to become managers, sales consultants and even a director.
Apprentices joining this team often graduate into other permanent roles within the company with high earning capacity.
Sanctuary Personnel provides recruitment services to the NHS and local authorities and is one of Ipswich's largest employers. We have 200 staff based in Ipswich and provide nationwide coverage to our clients.

Your new role:
The candidate marketing team is a vibrant, friendly and approachable team who work closely together to meet daily and weekly targets.
You will undertake 4-6 weeks of training within our head office in central Ipswich 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home and then fully from home, depending on the current COVID-19 situation.
Working alongside both the Health and Social Care divisions you will need to be flexible in your approach to work in order to adapt to the daily demands of the business.
Key tasks include:
Processing job applications
Adding relevant candidates to the CRM database
Searching for potential candidates on CV databases and online job boards
Writing engaging job adverts and advertising
Providing excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
Digital marketing (advertising jobs, sending marketing emails and SMS message
What you will need to succeed:
A GCSE in Maths and English
A good level of IT knowledge
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Be self-motivated and enthusiastic in your approach
Have high attention to detail and accuracy
