You will be an integral member of a performance-driven team that creates award-winning marketing campaigns.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a marketing plan for our Innovate Services brand
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external freelancers, suppliers and other contacts
- Developing key contacts with influencers within our sector
- Devising creative, impactful marketing campaigns
- Working seamlessly with internal stakeholders and brand owners to identify opportunities for marketing support
- Working closely with the Creative and Business Development teams to produce marketing collateral on time and within budget and generate new business leads
- Ensuring each marketing campaign activity is measurable and has a ROI value attached to it
The ideal candidate, must:
- Have substantial Marketing Account Management experience
- Be results-driven, confident and have a natural sense of ownership
- Be able to establish positive relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients
- Have a high standard of English, both spoken and written, to be able to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns
- Be outgoing, hardworking and able to use your own initiative
- A real team player who is happy to support others when needed
