Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Psychiatric Liaison Practitioner to work full-time based in Dorset.
Pay rates (per hour):
- day rate - £24.96
- night/Saturday - £33.15
- sun/bank holidays - £41.96
Duties:
- Autonomous assessment and discharge of patients attending the acute hospital for mental health treatment.
- Providing formulation/plan of care in ED and across the Wards.
- Working Full-time hours to cover days and very occasional nights.
Requirements of the Psychiatric Liaison Practitioner:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable.
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained).
- 2 years' experience post qualification which should include independent assessment skills i.e. CMHRS duty, HTT assessment, liaison assessment or similar.
