Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Lead to work on vaccination sites across Cambridge.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of vaccination and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum job is £30.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 4-month contract.
Duties:
- Work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective service for the mass delivery of vaccinations for the COVID-19 vaccine(s)
- Undertake an operational leadership role, overseeing the mass vaccination sites within Cambridgeshire & Peterborough
- Provision of operational leadership in the provision of high quality, efficient and effective service
- Provision of leadership to clinical supervisors and supporting in the operational management of staff
- To lead in planning and implementing the immunisation programme, oversee staffing for all programmes
- Collaborative working with stakeholders such as NHSE&I, STPs and Public Health
- Develop initiatives, collaborating as necessary internally and externally, to increase uptake.
