Due to the continued growth of Innovate Invision we're looking to bring in fresh, Junior talent to the business! We're seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Marketing Executive who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Innovate Invision develops digital quality assurance tools for Local Authorities, with our first tool (Invision EHCP) enabling LAs to ensure children and young people receive high quality Education Health and Care Plans.

As our successful candidate, you will work closely with the Marketing Account Manager to develop and implement an engaging marketing plan, guiding local authorities first interactions with our company and shaping the way Innovate Invision is presented to the UK.

We're looking for an ambitious, driven person to join our team and help drive engagement and growth.

This role is based in Ipswich however, adhoc travel to our Wrexham office may be required.

Key Responisiblities include:

  • Reporting to and working with Marketing Account Manager to implement and develop Invision's marketing strategy
  • Brainstorming, briefing and managing writing projects (emails, blogs, case studies, social posts, marketing literature)
  • Writing compelling content (sometimes with external copywriter) for different marketing channels
  • Brainstorming, briefing and managing quarterly events
  • Develop and coordinate regular emails using CRM system
  • Social media planning, research and execution on LinkedIn and Twitter
  • General marketing research to create new and creative campaign ideas
  • Website management using CMS
  • Support marketing colleagues and other functions as assigned

Role Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a marketing role
  • Educated to degree or equivalent CIM qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical approach and basic understanding of marketing
