Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for an experienced Social Work Interim Service Manager to work based in Oxford, within the Quality Assurance Team.

The pay rate for this locum Interim Service Manager role is to be confirmed and is a 3-month contract.

Main Duties:

  • Co-manage and deliver the Quality Assurance service to alongside 3 other Service Managers.
  • Line manage and be accountable for the work of 5 IRO/CP Chairs covering the south of the county (Abingdon).

Requirements of the Interim Service Manager:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work.
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Recent post qualifying experience within frontline social work.
  • Available for immediate start.
  • Hybrid model of working available – candidates must be able to travel to Oxfordshire from time to time to work directly with their staff.
