Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Interim Operations Manager to fill a full-time role within a Reablement & Sensory Service based in Shropshire.
The pay rate for this locum Interim Operations Manager job is £40 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
Summary:
Directly accountable to the Service Manager.
Expected to lead and/or contribute to a range of projects and to build relations with both internal and external partners in order achieve specified outcomes, but may not have direct authority over those involved.
Duties:
Embeds good quality practice and recording
Ensures there is a mechanism in place which supports or identify gaps in quality of practice and recording within all areas of the service
Monitor performance and regularity around staff supervision
Review
Lessons learnt from complaints
Timeframes around complaint response
Integrate learning in team practice
Ensuring a strength based and maximising independence approach is adopted
Liaising closely with health colleagues across the health sector.
Monitoring service performance targets are met, including the timeliness of reviews.
Undertaking scrutiny and audit of casefiles to ensure social work practice is of a high quality and standard
Co-ordinate reports on performance management at the operational level, ensuring that teams collect, collate, and report the required information; identify areas of under-performance, then planning and implementing actions to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
Requirements:
Need to be currently working at a senior level, i.e Service Manager within Adult Social Care
