Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Interim Front of House Manager to work full-time within Adult Services based in Bournemouth.
The pay rate for this locum Interim Front of House Manager job is £450 - £600 per day (negotiable).
Main Duties:
- To establish a new Front of House model that promotes a consistent service across all areas formed from the legacy Council areas of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
- To harmonise legacy councils' front of house services to a single approach with a greater emphasis on prevention and early intervention, and in so doing.
- Create a single Front of House team structure that combines staff resource from legacy Council Front of House teams
- To create closer working with existing reablement services currently available across the 3 towns.
- Introduce an enhanced strengths-based practice model at Front of House that promotes more person-centred responses to presenting needs, reduces dependence on 'traditional' service solutions and therefore minimises long-term demand for Council-funded services.
- Ensure strong links with voluntary and other community resources are established and sustained to support improved asset or strengths-based working.
- Ensuring systems are in place to record avoidance of demand passing to long-term teams and, where applicable, cost and efficiency savings.
- Develop a suite of key performance indicators that will quality assure services provided at the Front Door and demonstrate the positive outcomes achieved for people accessing the Front of House.
Requirements of the Interim Front of House Manager:
- Management experience is essential.
- Similar working experience in a similar role is essential
- Specific experience of having personally delivered a front door transformation
- Must have ability to lead and implement a major change project - and specifically a front of house transformation
