Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Interim Development Leader to fill a full-time role based in London.
The pay rate for this locum Interim Development Leader job is negotiable and is an initial 5-month contract.
Main Purpose & Duties of the Job:
- To be responsible to the Early Help Service Leader to drive the implementation of systemic practice across the division whilst also ensuring that cases are managed safely, at the lowest possible level and lead to improved outcomes for children, young people and families.
- To provide high quality supervision and observation to clinical staff in line with the department, division and borough's policies and procedures.
- Lead a variety of activities designed to develop quality of practice including teaching, training, coaching, systemic supervision and leading reflective practice groups.
- Assist managers and practitioners in their work with families by providing advice and guidance in relation to high risk / complex individual / family casework.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Service Leader and Group Leaders to ensure consistent application of the Early Help Practice Framework.
Requirements:
- The candidate will be a qualified social worker with clinical experience.
- Systemic training
- Have substantial leadership and management experience within social care or early help.
