Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 8a/8b Integrated Borough Lead to work based in Hammersmith & Fulham.
The pay rate for this locum Integrated Borough Lead job is £34 - £36 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Shift Pattern:
- The service operates 08:00 am – 20:00 pm, 7 days per week
- The postholder will be required to participate in a management on call rota
Duties:
- Responsibility for the effective operational management of the Community Independence Service (CIS) in one of the constituent boroughs i.e. Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea or Westminster
- Responsibility for the management of an integrated health and social care workforce across the service delivery pathways of Rapid Response, Rehabilitation and Reablement
- Service performance across the pathways, including quality, safety and effectiveness
- Management of borough operational budget
- Working with head of service, peers, representatives of partner organisations, clinical leads
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation
- Be the borough manager for the CIS Integrated Health and Social Care Team
- Ensure effective performance management
- Provide leadership and direction to team leaders in the borough, ensuring that safe compassionate, responsive and effective services are delivered within budget
- Work with the CIS head of service and other borough leads in the implementation of service development strategies
- Create a culture in which innovative ideas and strategies can flourish and provide vision and inspiration to enable staff to deliver care more effectively
- Identify and participate in the tendering for new business opportunities
- Deliver robust financial management in line with service, divisional and trust targets, including realistic Cost Improvement Programmes
- Ensure services meet quality governance and performance management standards
- Represent the CIS integrated borough service at external meetings with stakeholders
Requirements of the Integrated Borough Lead:
- Relevant qualification
- Previous experience working as a Borough Lead
- HCPC registration
