Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 8a ICU Pharmacist to work in Hampstead, London.
The pay rate for this locum ICU Pharmacist job is £35.00 - £37.00 per hour (Assignment rate) depending on experience and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Intensive Care and Theatres
- Providing a specialist clinical pharmacy service to the critical care units and attending multi-disciplinary team consultant led ICU ward rounds
- Completing core directorate activities including clinical governance and risk management activities, clinical audit/QI as well as managing and coordinating teams
Requirements of the ICU Pharmacist:
- Must be registered on the GPHC as a pharmacist
- Must have a relevant qualification in pharmacy
- Previous NHS hospital experience
- Previous experience working at Band 8a level
- Non-medical independent prescribing qualification
