Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Advisor to work based in Dudley.
The pay rate for this locum HR Advisor job is to be confirmedand is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Assisting in identifying individual who fall within scope of the regulations and proactively taking steps to identify any individual who may not be compliant with the regulations
- Making contact with individuals are not currently vaccinated, talking through the regulations, driving uptake of the vaccine and outline next steps
- Support with system wide redeployment
- Hold meetings with individuals who are not compliant with the regulations – up to and including dismissal
- Liaison with union representative
- Production of management reports
- Administrative responsibilities
- Supporting with the collation of compliance evidence
- Supporting the HRBP’s in identifying key risk areas across the Trust
Requirements of the HR Advisor:
- Relevant qualification
- Previous HR experience
