Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has jobs based in Strood for Hospital Social Workers to work within the Adult’s Services Team.
The pay rates for these locum Hospital Social Worker jobs are £38 per hour (Assignment rate) and are initial1-month contracts.
Whoever works in the hub will likely be able to work at home a couple of days a week, but we will need them to be aware it’s not exclusively WFH with the exception of visits.
Requirements of the Hospital Social Workers:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Be aware of potential hybrid working including being based at Gun Wharf and Medway Maritime
- Be a car driver (hold a full licence and have a car)
- Prepared to do at least 2/3 visits per week and lives at a distance where this is feasible
- Previous experience of carrying out Social Care assessments and Mental Capacity assessments
