Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Band 7 Highly Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist to work full-time based in Norwood.

The pay rate for this locum Highly Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist job is £28.99 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 12-month contract.

Shift Pattern:

  • 08:00 am – 20:00 pm
  • Shifts include weekend working of between 1 - 2 weekends per month, depending on the service needs
  • 13 shifts worked over a 4 weeks rota (08:00 am – 20:00 pm)

Duties:

  • Working in a team at the forefront of implementing the NHS Long-term plan for Urgent Community Response

Requirements of the Highly Specialist Respiratory Physiotherapist:

  • Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
  • Previous NHS experience
  • Strong higher level assessment skills to support in the Multidisciplinary management of clients that are acutely unwell or had rapid functional decline, with view of preventing a hospital admission and facilitate hospital discharges
  • Previous experience in A&E, community, manual handling preferred, but not essential
