Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 8a Highly Specialist Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work full-time based in Bridgend, within the Wellbeing Service.
The pay rate for this locum Highly Specialist Clinical/Counselling Psychologist job is £34.00 - £35.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
While some remote working is possible, the post will require attendance at face to face meetings with staff at various sites across the Health Board.
Duties:
- Providing high quality, specialist applied psychology service
- Developing the range of Wellbeing services offered to staff including, Psycho-educational including courses and group interventions in response to changing clinical needs, providing 1:1 therapy, providing guidance to managers around supporting the emotional wellbeing of staff, conducting small scale organisational health reviews within services and teams and working alongside colleagues from other services within the Workforce and Organisational Development function, to provide bespoke interventions to promote, support and improve the emotional wellbeing of staff
Requirements of the Highly Specialist Clinical/Counselling Psychologist:
- HCPC registered psychologist
- Relevant qualification
- Previous psychology experience
